Drain Clearing

Standard kitchen or bath drain. Up to 75 ft cable-auger, camera scope confirmation, 30-day no-clog guarantee on the same line.
Main-Line Hydro-Jet

Gas-powered jetter (3,000 psi), pre- and post-jet camera scope. Where roots / grease have collapsed standard auger work.
Faucet Replacement
Vessel + premium-brand faucets +$80

Toilet Replacement

One annual maintenance visit, member-only flat rates, and the kind of priority dispatch that gets your call in front of the line when it's actively flooding.
Tanks: sediment flush, anode-rod inspection, T&P valve test. Tankless: descale with food-grade vinegar circulator, intake-filter clean. Extends life by 30%+ on average.
We check every shutoff, hose-bib, supply-line, water heater, drain, and the main shutoff location. Photo report emailed same day.
Member discount applies to drain clearing, repairs, and parts. Stacks on top of the seasonal sales we run (typically $100 off tankless installs in March + October).
Active members get bumped to the front of the dispatch queue during peak demand (Sunday mornings, winter freeze events). Average member dispatch: 6 min vs 9 for the general queue.
Members pay zero for us to show up + diagnose, even if you decide not to do the work. Non-members pay $89 only if they decline the quoted work.
